We will provide customers with card sample designs according to their requirements. We promise to provide design and proofing for all customers. Once the design layout is adopted by the customer, the copyright belongs to the customer. In special cases, we will invite senior card design experts to provide design services for the customer, and the cost will be borne by our company.
Requirements for special personalized card printing
With the intensification of competition among the markets and the diversity of smart card market segments, we will cooperate with customers' business expansion needs for specific customers and realize personalized card issuance service requirements. Our company will provide customers with special services for special order sheet printing. Realize the customer's service commitment for specific customers.
In order to ensure that customer data and card information are delivered to relevant departments in a safe, timely and error-free manner to complete relevant work, and to strengthen the standardized management of card order software programming, our company has formulated strict work procedures:
① The card data is sent to our company by the customer in encrypted transmission or by sending a CD. The personnel in each department of our company who contact the data will follow strict procedures and after the relevant leaders sign and confirm, hand over and feedback to complete relevant design and software programming. Relevant personnel and leaders are responsible for each step;
② The card data will be kept by full-time senior security personnel during the entire production process of the factory. After use, if there is a backup in the process, it will be deleted in time. The data that will not be returned will be organized and archived by the relevant security personnel. The customer needs to return the CD The data will be copied and archived in the vault by the factory safety department;
③ The warehouse manager of the safety department of the factory organizes and files the data card information (including software programming) in a timely manner according to the contract number, unit, product name, time, and quantity;
④ Borrow relevant data card materials or software programming from the Safety Department for production needs, and must go through handover procedures.
About stocking up
Our company will provide customers with stocking to meet the emergency needs of customers. Take the customer headquarters and each branch as a unit, keep blank cards, prefabricated cards, and obsolete cards separately, and establish corresponding card registers and accounts, conduct regular inventory, irregular spot checks, and check the balance of cards with relevant personnel of the customer in a timely manner . All card registers and accounts are kept in special counters and can be provided for inspection at any time for customer supervision and verification.
About shipping methods
Our company has cooperated with the air cargo company affiliated to the airline company and well-known domestic logistics companies, SF Express, China Post EMS, etc. for many years, and has signed strict agreements for the safe transportation of all cards, providing door-to-door services. According to the specific address and contact person provided by the customer, choose the most reasonable mode of transportation according to the actual situation of the current cargo quantity and priority.
About response time and training services
① Implementation of time-limited response commitment service Our company has a full-time customer service organization, and has set up service project full-time personnel in each branch and head office to provide customers with a time-limited response service within 20 minutes.

About card acceptance
① Our company promises to provide a product list with official seal for each delivery, and the delivery quantity is consistent with the customer's order quantity.
② The type, layout, and quality of the smart card delivered by our company are the styles specified and confirmed by the customer; when the smart card arrives at the end user, the packaging is specified by the customer, and the outer packaging is intact.
③ For each batch of supply, the customer conducts sampling inspection and testing according to the requirements of smart card production, determines the product qualification rate according to the results of sampling inspection and testing, and signs the acceptance report.
④ Customers can conduct independent tests on the products provided by our company or entrust a third-party independent testing agency to conduct product tests.
About PostWaste Disposal
① The production management is in strict accordance with the safety specifications of MasterCard International Credit Card Organization, ISO9001:2015 Quality Management System, ISO14001:2015 Environmental Management System, ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Standards, and a special person is set up to be responsible for the retention and destruction of waste products And set a special waste disposal time;
② Retention of waste products shall be placed in a high-security area that fully complies with the regulations of the MasterCard International Credit Card Organization and the international management system by specialized security personnel, waiting for the customer's processing arrangement;
③ The destruction of waste products must be carried out in a double-pipeline manner under CCTV monitoring. After verification, special security personnel use advanced card shredding machines in the shredding room to shred, and ensure that personnel from three or more departments of production, safety, and warehouse management are present and responsible, and sign the executor and witnesses to implement the responsibility to people. At the same time, the entire process is recorded and archived for customer inquiries.
④ Our company has established a strict safety procedure for shredding cards, requiring shredding personnel not to leave the shredding room within the shredding time, and not allowing any finished cards to fall into waste bags, etc., to ensure the safety of products and the interests of customers.
